Professional driver training and responsibility
A courier is only as good as the person who shows up at your dock. Routing software, live tracking, and the vehicle itself are all support for that one moment.
So our drivers are trained before they are dispatched, not after. The freight we move is unforgiving: time- and temperature-sensitive specimens where a delay changes a diagnosis, surgical instrument sets an operating room is waiting on, semiconductors and wafers where one mishandled crate is worth more than the vehicle carrying it. Every driver runs to the same standards for regulatory compliance under OSHA, DOT, and HIPAA, along with specimen handling, biohazard safety, and the customer-facing side of the job that most training programs skip entirely.
Responsibility is the other half, and it is the harder half to teach. A driver who notices that a cooler feels warmer than it should and calls dispatch before leaving the parking lot has just saved a client a week of rework and a difficult conversation with their own quality team. We hire and promote for that judgment, and we keep drivers on the same routes long enough to build it.

IATA Dangerous Goods
Dangerous Goods Regulations for Class 7 radioactive, Class 8 corrosives, and Class 9 miscellaneous. It is what lets us fly regulated freight ourselves.
Bloodborne Pathogens
Exposure control training, so the driver handling your specimen understands the risk inside the box, not just the label on the outside of it.
HIPAA Compliance
Protected health information in transit and at every handoff, including what a driver may and may not see, say, or write down.
Good Distribution Practice
GDP certificates held by our people as part of our ongoing GDP compliance program for pharmaceutical transport.
We keep the training records current and can produce them when a client’s quality team asks for documentation. If you are evaluating couriers, that request is worth making of everyone on your list.
