Four primary temperature profiles: refrigerated (2–8°C) for most specimens and biologics; ambient (15–25°C) for certain medications; frozen (–20°C) for frozen plasma and some assays; and dry ice (–78°C) for molecular diagnostics and cryogenic samples. Containers are validated per USP <659> and <1079>.
Yes. Every shipment receives complete chain-of-custody documentation including pickup timestamp, driver ID, GPS tracking record, handoff log, and electronic proof of delivery with recipient signature. Both electronic and paper COC are available.
